Training and Participation: Athletes are expected to attend training sessions as scheduled by the club. This includes following the training plans provided by coaches or club organizers, participating actively in workouts, and communicating any concerns, injuries, or absences to the coaching staff.
Safety: Safety is a top priority during training sessions and events. Athletes are expected to follow safety guidelines provided by the club, including wearing appropriate running gear, staying hydrated, and being aware of their surroundings during runs.
Behavior and Sportsmanship: Athletes and parents are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect towards coaches, fellow athletes, officials, volunteers, and other participants. Unsportsmanlike conduct, such as cheating, disrespect, or aggressive behavior, will not be tolerated. Athletes understand that failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including possible suspension or termination of membership.
Competition and Events: Athletes may participate in races and competitions organized by the club or external events. They are expected to follow race rules and regulations, represent the club positively, and adhere to the club's code of conduct during competitions.
Equipment and Uniform: Athletes are typically required to wear club-approved uniforms or attire during races and official club events. They are responsible for maintaining their own equipment, including running shoes, appropriate clothing, and any necessary gear for training and competition.
Communication and Attendance: Clear communication is essential within the club. Athletes should inform coaches or team managers of their attendance for training sessions, races, and other club activities in advance. This helps organizers plan effectively and ensures a cohesive team environment. Athletes need to inform coaches of any injuries, aches, or pains to ensure that appropriate rest and recovery is taken to prevent further injury.
Parent/Guardian Involvement: Parental involvement is encouraged and includes attending meetings, volunteering at events, or providing transportation and support for athletes.

Commitment and Dedication: Joining the running club requires a commitment to regular training, attendance at events, and maintaining a positive attitude towards personal improvement and team goals.
These rules are designed to promote a positive and supportive environment for all club members, ensure safety and fairness in activities, and uphold the values of sportsmanship and respect within the sport of distance running.
